The Bureau of Reclamation intends to issue a Request for Quotation for a firm fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide Laboratory Analysis of Sediment/Soil Samples for Inorganic Parameters. Reclamation contemplates awarding to the Offeror (s) providing the Best Value to the Government, for a five (5) year period. The Laboratory Testing Services consists of various types of tests, which can be found on the pricing schedule.
