The primary project Base Bid item work will consist of the removal and replacement of approximately 1,654 linear feet of 8-inch PVC and VCP (vitrified clay) sanitary sewer main on Fifth Avenue from Santa Fe Lane to the alley south of Ventura Street. Further, this project will tie in existing sewer service lines and clean-outs to the new main.
SANITARY SEWER MAIN REPLACEMENT
The City of Redwood City is soliciting bids for the 2024 Veterans Blvd Sanitary Sewer Main Replacement Project. The work of this project consists generally of: furnishing labor, equipment, and materials for removing and replacing existing 33” Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RCP) with new 36” Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) SDR 26 pipe, sanitary sewer laterals, manholes, and all other associated work.
