The 107th Communications Flight, Niagara Falls ARS, NY requires both new head end distribution equipment as well as annual service for satellite television. This to be distributed to 8 facilities to be displayed on approximately 100 television screens. The Government will designate a demarcation point near the head-end distribution equipment.
