The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to contract using other than full and open competition for an enterprise broadcast satellite television service provider, with associated management, maintenance and support services. Accordingly, TSA intends to award a contract to DirecTV located at 2260 E. Imperial Highway, El Segundo, CA 90245.
The current equipment is proprietary technology to DirecTV Network and is incompatible with any other satellite service for television programming. Utilization of any other service provider would require removal and replacement of existing equipment resulting in additional cost and downtime. Please include shipping/freight cost to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114 where applicable.
Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport is soliciting for Satellite TV Install and Service for 24 months.
