Question: Could you please clarify if the A/E will be required to submit updated statistical schedule risk analysis throughout the construction phase or is just only for the design phase? On attachment 3 uploaded in SAM and under SPEC 01 32 16.01 Section 1.13 A. Project Design Schedule Risk Analysis/Mitigation Plan, states: the "A/E shall conduct the statistical schedule risk analysis based on the above detailed construction activities."
Specifically, the Contractor shall develop an updated Cost to Complete (CTC) report providing estimates of the remaining DuPont Chambers Works FUSRAP work, including a Cost and Schedule Risk Analysis (CSRA) to account for appropriate cost and schedule contingencies.
Develop an integrated schedule risk model with the use of simulation techniques, such as Monte Carlo, to project the likely substantial completion date. The updated risk register will contain the probability of each risk identified and a range of days (minimum, most likely, and maximum) the item will affect the overall project schedule.
