NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCEThe 502d Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole source requirement for Government Off the Shelf (GOTS) Training Management and Scheduling System (TMSS) Software, training, and maintenance to Serco Inc, previously DBA Alion Science and Technology. The purposed contract action will be made using simplified acquisition procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(2).
Government desires to procure the Training Management Scheduling System on a small business set-aside basis, provided 2 or more qualified small businesses respond to this sources sought synopsis with information sufficient to support a set-aside. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible.
TMSS is a web-based scheduling program that can fully manage and optimize the usage of the FCOE resources, produce training schedules, and capture utilization statistics. This software is the FCOE’s primary scheduling system and training management tool used for all classes conducted.The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 511210, and the size standard is $41,500,000.00. The estimated value of the action is $564,000.00.
