Revenue bonds are regularly issued to finance construction and improvement of auxiliary facilities such as residence halls, recreation centers, student centers and other student service facilities and School of Medicine medical practice facilities. Certificates of Participation are occasionally issued to finance facilities and equipment for which there is not established revenue source for repayment of debt.
Description of ProcurementThis Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation to prospective Proponents for submissions for an integrated learning, teaching, assessment, management platform with specific features that would assist TMU’s new School of Medicine with medical school program delivery, management of students, clinical placement management, curriculum and accreditation.
The Veteran s Administration (VA) Office of Research and Development, Regional Procurement Office East in Pittsburgh, PA intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with NYU Grossman School of Medicine of New York on behalf of the VA Boston Healthcare System. The requirement is to provide research assistance for planned VA medical studies.
The contractor shall provide the required services in support of each training rotation, which occurs 11 times per 12- month period.The training program is conducted in two phases at the University of Miami (UM) School of Medicine Medical Campus and the Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida.
