Pre-construction and construction phase services for the project shall be the construction of a new academic building to house the Hobby School of Public Affairs. The building will be approximately 60,000 square feet and located at the University of Houston’s main campus. The Hobby School of Public Affairs is pursuing donor funding which may increase building size to up to 80,000 SF.
