Department/Agency College of The Albemarle Project Title New Health Sciences and Simulation Expansion Design Services Design Service Scope of Work College of The Albemarle is planning to make improvements to the Elizabeth City campus. These improvements include the construction of a new 25,000sq ft. to 28,000sq ft. medical simulation building. The College intends to utilize the Construction Manager at Risk construction method for this project.
