This is an out of scope modification to prevent any lapse in services and continue performance while the long term contract is being completed.
The government intends to award an out of scope modifcation to Precision Equipment Incorporated on Contract N0010422PZA01 for the following service:1. Repair QTY one (1) EA Accumulator, NSN: 2030-01-460-3637 H3Justification: Adding repair of QTY one (1) to allow vendor Precision Equipment Incorporated to complete refurbishment on, resulting in "A" condition asset for end use application.
This out of scope modification added FY22 funds due to the overwhelming increase in the need for bariatric hospital bed daily leases during FY22. Please see attached Justification.
Modification to Extend the Period of Performance.
The required support includes standard software development lifecycle best practices for EBS within the scope of the Task Orders.
