This is a Service Disabled Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-AsideCharacteristicsThe Cincinnati VA Medical Center s (CVAMC) Pharmacy Service relies on the ScriptPro Robotic Prescription fill machine to physically count, bottle and label the prescriptions dispensed to all outpatients seen in the clinics and to the patients housed on campus in our domiciliary programs.

The Department of Veterans Affairs and ScriptPro USA INC. has a NAC / GSA / FSS awarded contract: 36F79719D0135. ScriptPro, the OEM, is the only vendor capable of providing the needed configuration and services to install the robots due to proprietary information. This requirement shall be procured Brand Name Only / Sole Source follow on GSA/FSS delivery order for ScriptPro Robotic Prescription Dispensing System and Server OS Upgrade.

VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) Pharmacy requires an upgrade to the existing ScriptPro Robotic Prescription Dispensing Systems at both the University Drive and Heinz campuses.

The purpose of this intent to sole source is to provide an efficient procurement vehicle to upgrade existing software to the ScriptPro Robotic Prescription Dispensing System (SRPDS) and add additional equipment to increase capacity at the William V. Chappell Jr., Multispecialty Community Base Outpatient Clinic.
