Annual Title Searches Bid Number:2683 General Information: The intent of these specifications is to describe the work and products required by this bid. Full title reports shall be requested intermittently throughout the year. The Treasurer’s Office utilizes full title reports to research properties with delinquent taxes and subject to foreclosure.
As due diligence in this process, we are required to conduct UCC searches on individuals and businesses linked to our FFP loans. These UCC searches are required for loan closings and loan servicing.Requirements/Deliverables:The Financial Services Division is requesting a vendor to provide UCC search support. These searches must be available electronically through a company provided search engine or website.
R.15 A search engine, in both English and in French, will be included. The software will index each published file and offer a full-text search which will include, at minimum, Boolean, wild card and proximity operator searches as well as the possibility of searching by relevance, by date or by any of the extracted metadata (listed in R.11). The search engine will provide nearly instantaneous search results with snippets.
