The Alert III Secondary Crash Forum Communications is used to alert first responders to emergencies on the airfield to include in-flight emergencies, ground emergencies, aircraft crashes, hydrazine leaks, etc. within United States Air Forces in Europe – Air Forces Africa (USAFE - AFAFRICA).
Upgrade the 28th Operations Support Squadron's (28OSS) Secondary Crash-Net from Alert 2 to the Alert 3 system.
