ICM is case management software that plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations of HSI, ensuring critical mission success. ICM serves as the core tool primarily used by ICE HSI special agents and personnel to conduct domestic and transnational criminal investigations to protect the United States against threats to national security, to prevent the illicit cross-border movement of goods, people, and monetary instruments.
