SAF/IA requires assistance with the Security Cooperation Officer/International Airmen and Guardian Programs management that ensures appropriate identification, training management and support of the in-country security cooperation officers and International Airmen and Guardians (IAS, ODE, and MPEP). 

The United States Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) Chief of Military Liaison Office (MLO) Barbados & eastern Caribbean are hosting a Eastern Caribbean Security Cooperation Workshop in Bridgetown, Barbados. The requirement includes lodging, conference rooms, and meals in support of the event.  

The work to be performed in this requirement includes a broad range of work related to coordinating, implementing, and executing Security Cooperation programs under the direction of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Security Cooperation (DASD SC). 

These services include but are not limited to: developing, monitoring and assessing Army security cooperation and security assistance strategic plans; security cooperation program policy preparation; technology transfer assessments; maintaining the FMS databases; supporting/utilizing various Title 10 activities; organizing/hosting meetings and outreach activities; strategic planning and analytical services (including research and data analytics);

The Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) has a continued need for Security Cooperation (SC) Workforce Initiatives Support Services.

It is not a solicitation for proposals.The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) On-Site Inspection and Building Capacity Directorate (OB) requires support services for DTRA’s Countering-WMD Security Cooperation Engagement Program (CSCEP) mission (see attached documents for more infomration).DTRA is conducting market research to identify contractors who possess the capabilities to perform/execute the requirements and is seeking capability statements
