This contract will consist of a base and four option years.The contractor is to perform system maintenance, software upgrades, and troubleshooting on the SENTINEL SECURITY SYSTEM. Due to the closed security system, computer software/hardware updates will also be required each visit. The system installed at Grand Forks AFB operates on the ARA Sentinel Security System Command and Control Software.
This BOA order is for system security installations and software maintenance agreement to include operating system updates and patches in support of CVN 78, DDG 1000, and DDG 1001 on a sole-source basis. The contemplated order extension will be awarded pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2)(iii).
The Government requires software life cycle maintenance for an Organizational Messaging Services (OMS) National Gateway Center (NGC) support system – the OMS Asset Distribution Systems (OADS). Software life cycle maintenance includes software maintenance, database updates, testing, security compliance engineering, system administration, and operational support.
Contractor will provide and install software updates and back up security system files monthly, ensuring program licenses do not expire. Licenses renewal cost is included in this contract. Contractors will provide training to security staff on operating procedures on all security installed equipment. Contractor will perform inspections on systems that secure high value and mission essential areas.
