of municipal domestic potable water systems, and proposes to engage the successful Proposer for the following services: Completing the City‘s RRA and ERP as per the AWIA requirements and a Seismic Resilience Study as per Oregon Health Authority’s (OHA) requirements and meet the AWIA compliance dates of December 31, 2020 for the RRA and June 30, 2021 for the ERP.
This assessment will evaluate the physical condition of these assets as well as their ability to meet Water Department level-of-service objectives, including capacity, efficiency, seismic resilience, and ADA compliance. This initial assessment will also examine whether any hazardous materials are present in the building materials or utility system components under consideration.
