This quote is for pharmacy services which include, Performing an annual self-inspection report, Inspecting med-room and reviewing MAR’s quarterly, Completing annual registration for state licenses, Communicating with administration (Physician Assistant, Jail, Board of Pharmacy, DEA) when necessary, answering questions from med team via email or phone about medications or policies, staying up to date on laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures
The quality assurance and inspection requirements as described herein require the contractor to adopt or otherwise develop a quality assurance plan in accordance with the clauses entitled “52.246-4 Inspection of Services and Contractor Inspection Procedures – Quality Assurance Plan Guidelines.”
The Contractor shall be required at the time of award to submit a written quality control plan showing their self-inspection procedures.
The purpose of these visits will include, but is not limited to the following duties and responsibilities:• Review and approve policy and procedure manuals as indicated• Oversight of the laboratory’s Quality Management Plan• Review proficiency testing• Coordinate resolution of laboratory based problems• Review of abnormal blood smears• Oversee CAP or other accrediting agency inspections as indicated• Review and approve interim self-inspection performed
