SBA, OIG is seeking to expand its knowledge base and skillset through self-leadership to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) throughout OIG leadership utilizing the Franklin Covey Inclusive Leadership model into our current agency processes and procedures and to build and maintain trust and communication within the supervisor and non-supervisor relationship.
