In accordance with 17 AAC 45.710(e), the Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF) proposes to sell a building located on Lot 1, Block 1, (ADA-50940), at Skagway Airport by offering it for Publicly Advertised Sales Contract. Thereafter, DOT&PF proposes to enter into Lease ADA-50940 for Lot 1, Block 1, Skagway Airport, consisting of 18,437 square feet of land, for forty-five (45) years, to expire November 1, 2067.

Minimum Bid: The Minimum Bid for the Building is $7,500.  DOT&PF will award a Lease of the Premises to the qualified, responsive and responsible bidder who offers the highest bid for the building.  Sealed bids will be accepted at the address below until 2:00 p.m. (Alaska Standard Time) on Monday, August 2, 2021.  At that time, all bids will be publicly opened and read.
