The 4 Essential Roles of Leadership training helps mid-senior level leadership consistently master the essential skills of: Building Trust and improving their own credibility. The Multipliers training helps leaders unlock the intelligence, energy, and untapped capabilities on their teams. These courses are proprietary to Franklin Covey and are not offered by another vendor.
Senior Leadership Development Program (SLDP): 27 (non-consecutive) days of classroom-based training to meet civilian leadership development requirements for government civilians in the equivalent grades of GS-13 through GS-15. 2.
At NIEHS, Employee Services is an instrumental partner in its workforce recruitment, retention, and succession planning for leadership development at all levels for the NIEHS scientific and administrative communities. Employee Services already manages the mid-level development and senior/executive leadership programs.
These include Aircrew, Front Line Support, Mid-Level & Senior-Level leadership, and Back End Support curriculums.
A Senior Engineer may oversee the efforts of less senior staff and/or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific project.
