Housed in the DRG Center, PDD operates with a particular focus on locally-led and inclusive democratic processes to identify and address a key development challenge that, if left unaddressed, may undermine their democratic development. In doing so, PDD brings together diverse stakeholders in government, civil society, and the private sector.
The Democracy Specialists will be members of the DRG Center’s Policy, Coordination, and Integration (PCI) Team, providing technical support to the Partnerships for Democratic Development (PDD) program and related efforts and the DRG Center as a whole. The PCI Team leads the DRG Center’s engagement on DRG integration and sector-wide DRG policies, strategies, and budgets.
