The Senior Development Outreach and Communications (DOC) Advisor will provide high quality communications coordination, guidance, and leadership to Power Africa staff, implementing partners, and other stakeholders. The incumbent will ensure the highest level of communications in the USG programs as well as transfer skills and best practices to other targeted programs and institutions.
The Senior Development Outreach and Communications (S/DOC) Specialist position, an off-shore U.S. Personal Services Contract position.
