NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 4, 1010 Delafield Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15215-1802, intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price Contract to Illumina, Inc. for the provision of delivering a NextSeq 550DX Sequencing System, supporting equipment, and training to the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS), University Drive Campus located in Pittsburgh, PA.

These are the only products that will function to generate sequence data for our Revio HiFi sequencing platform.
