The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 6, on behalf of Durham VA Medical Center, intends to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract for Preventive Maintenance and Service ARJO Mobile Lifts, Bathtubs, & Beds Service at the Durham Veterans Affairs Medical Center with Arjo Inc. in accordance with 41 U.S.C. §3304(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source.

The Durham Veterans Medical Center is seeking a contractor to provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials necessary to furnish Preventive Maintenance and service for ARJO Mobile Lifts, Bathtubs, & Beds equipment. All Field Service Engineers (FSE) performing under this contract must be original equipment manufacturers (OEM) certified and experienced in Bayer Healthcare LLC s injector systems.

Mobile lifts maintenance, inspection, and certification shall be completed annually between 1 July thru 31 October. Mobile lifts must be certified annually and not allowed to expire unless extenuating circumstances coordinated/approved through mission owner. The applicable MEWPs will be listed in Appendix A.
