THIS INCLUDES ESCALATION TO AGILENT’S FACTORY FOR EXPERTISE AND POSSIBLY INCLUDE REPLACEMENT OF AN INSTRUMENT, IF DEEMED NECESSARY BY AGILENT AGILENT TECHNOLOGIES IS THE SOLE GSA CONTRACT HOLDER OF PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS SERVICE CONTRACTS FOR AGILENT INSTRUMENTS. THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY AUTHORIZED PARTNERS/RESELLERS WHO CAN PROVIDE THESE SERVICES.

(x) Offers must have a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, uploaded on Sam.gov by the time quotes are due.
