Project Scope: The primary form of worship is a blend of Traditional, Contemporary, and Gospel-style music, an essential element of the Protestant worship experience.
Under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1, the Contractor shall provide services in coordination with the chaplain in charge of the service for regularly scheduled worship services, special services/events or seasonal observances for Traditional Protestant Worship Service Musician as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Paragraph 2 and 4.3.Qualifications include: A degree in music from an accredited institution is preferred.

As lead musician, the Contractor will provide services as Musician and Director for the praise team at regularly scheduled services and specified special services. Contractor will be required to play an instrument (preferably the piano) to lead the praise team as well as lead the congregation and will lead weekly praise team rehearsals.

This requirement is for the procurement of Catholic Service Musician and Music Director, as required and defined for the 673d Air Base Wing (ABW/HC) in Attachment 2 - Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contractor provides the music activities for the Catholic Worship Service. The Contractor shall provide labor and management to support the responsibilities outlined within this PWS.
