Notice of Availability: United States Air Force Academy (USAFA), Colorado 80840 has received a request by T-Mobile West LLC for a Lease for antenna space on the rooftop of the Air Force Clinic 4102 Pinon Drive and a (60 ft) tower near 5136 Eagle Drive that includes approximately 32 square feet of land for support equipment bunker at the base of the tower.

Ambulance services shall be performed on-site which includes the USAFA Flight Line, Cadet Area, Community Center, Jack's Valley, Pine Valley housing area, Douglass Valley housing area, and the I-25 Corridor bordering the base. This emergency patient transport service shall consist of a minimum of three (3) dedicated ambulances.
