Description: SCOPE OF SERVICES The selected firm shall perform materials testing and special inspection services for various CIPs and other City projects on an as-needed basis. For each on-call service request, the consultant and the City will agree upon the specific scope of work and cost for that project. Travel time and mileage to and from the City should not be included or charged as part of the services.

Provide monitoring, inspections, and services for fire related equipment for the City of Gainesville’s Regional Transit System facilities. Contract period is for five years from October 1, 2024 through September 30, 2029.
Awarded vendor(s) will perform required annual inspection services in full compliance with the most current and any previous applicable NFPA 25 standards, codes, or regulations for the inspection, testing, and maintenance of water-based fire protection systems and one (1) nitrogen system.
