Project-Specific Consulting Services for Local Hazard Mitigation Plan Project Number: DR 4610- AP5420 Modoc Co. HMP Description: Modoc County is seeking a qualified contractor to coordinate, facilitate, and update the Modoc County Local Hazard Mitigation Plan (LHMP). This is in accordance with the Disaster Mitigation Act of 2000, implementing regulations and guidance as they apply to local governments.
