The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of commercially available services that may be of interest to the USCG. The USCG is looking for companies capable of providing Calibration and Repair Services. The required services include testing, calibrating, repairing, modifying, certifying, storing, safeguarding, transporting, adjustments and performing traceable measurement documentation.

The type of facility uses includes office/professional, maintenance operations, recreational, educational and public safety. There is public access to most City facilities, hours of operations will vary based upon facility type. The intent of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals from highly qualified firms with expertise in providing Locksmith Repair and Replacement Services for public facilities.

The successful Contractor shall be prepared to respond and mobilize for regular and emergency callouts, working diligently on the repair until completion. Regular repair services are to be completed within one month of notification and emergency repair services need to be responded to within 30 minutes of notification and the contractor is to be on-site within 3 hours of notification to start the repair works.
