This Request for Proposal (RFP) for Renewable Natural Gas (“RNG”) Management Services in regards to the sale of RNG and related environmental attributes arising from the RNG production facility being constructed at the City’s Neuse River Resource Recovery Facility (NRRRF).

The County considers the RFF to not only be an energy production facility, but also to be an educational center. The Contractor must keep the facility clean and “tour ready” at all times. The current facility has meeting areas and viewing areas equipped with interactive display screens, which display facility operation. The screens must be maintained and available for use at all times to support facility tours.
