Consultancy Services for AER Benefits Program Project Description :The AER currently manages and administers an employee Benefits program, which includes two (2) other employer participants, the Natural Resources Conservation Board (NRCB) and the Alberta Utilities Commission (AUC). Between the three companies, there are roughly 1,120 participants.
Following receipt of quotes, the Government will perform an evaluation using a comparative evaluation of the services quoted in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(3). The Government will compare quotes to one another to select the quote that best benefits the Government by fulfilling the requirement.

If Vendor or any of its subcontractors perform services under this Contract outside of the United States, the performance of such services shall be treated as a material breach of the Contract. The Government will evaluate quotations using the comparative evaluation process outlined in FAR 13.106-2 (b) (3), where quotations will be compared to one another to determine which provides the best benefit to the Government. The Government reserves the right to consider a quotation other than the lowest price that provides additional benefit(s). Quotations may exceed minimum requirements of the solicitation.
