The Board of Eddy County Commissioners is requesting qualification-based competitive proposals from qualified consultants interested in providing gym facility and services for Eddy County fire and rescue.

Services: All utilities, janitorial, maintenance and repair to be provided by the Lessor during normal service hours. It is preferred that leased space shall have access to a full service gym including lockers, shower/restroom facilities, and soap/shampoo and towel service. Gym equipment may include standard equipment such as treadmills, rowers, elliptical machines, upright bikes, barbells, free weights and strength equipment.
Within the two buildings there are approximately 2500 occupants, two (2) 24-hour secure Operation Centers, a full-service Cafeteria, a Snack Bar, and 2 Gym facilities. Service for TARC will begin on 07 May 2023.
