A decision and final report will be completed within 12 weeks of the survey date and sent to the Medical Center Director, Service Chief/Medical Director of Center s Radiation Oncology Service/Section and COR for the National Radiation Oncology Program. Task Two: For payment purposes, all VHA Radiation Oncology Centers will be classified within the accrediting body fee schedule.

Billing: Provide COR with a report or statement of work completed and include statements with request for payment. Description of Work The contractor will develop survey questions to determine wait time for services inside VHA and in the non-VHA market (private healthcare / Medicare / Medicaid). The contractor will collect wait time information from VHA and non-VHA providers for comparison and provide a report on the differences in wait times for services.
