Description of Work The contractor will provide all resources necessary to perform preventive inspections and annual preventive maintenance services on the UroNav Fusion Biopsy equipment and update software located in the DCVAMC. The Contractor will provide updates to the Invivo software and one (1) day of on-site applications training.

Is the sole manufacturer Seller and Service source on the Philipl Invivo Uronav System. This acquisition is conducted under the authority of 40 U.S.C. 501 and 41 U.S.C. 251 implemented in FAR 8.405-6, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This will be a Option year price contract for a Long-term Service.
