Description The State of Iowa and ServiceWear Apparel establish this agreement under the terms & conditions of the ServiceWear Apparel- Omnia contract #R210102. The attached Participating Addendum serves to modify and amend the contract between ServiceWear Apparel and the State of Iowa.
