To provide a comprehensive Preventive Maintenance Program for the maintenance of City owned passenger elevators. Servicing of the City owned elevators shall be performed on a regularly scheduled basis and as required to ensure the elevators are in proper and safe operating condition. Voice monitoring services for elevator emergency phones is required 24 hours per day 7 days per week.
