The General Session Room and the Breakout Rooms shall be separate spaces. General Session room shall be used for dining purposes and potentially a large meeting room. The following requirements shall be met for the General Session Room:  A stage that is completely dressed. The stage shall include seating for three (3), two (2) podiums with two (2) wireless microphones and two (2) lavaliere microphones.

There are six different rooms that will need AV equipment, one large General Session room and five breakout rooms from 13-17 June 2022. 

Safe and lighted free parking or access to safe and lighted free parking for 60 vehicles proximate to the venue. 3. 50 hotel guest rooms for two nights, to include a minimum of two rooms that are ADA compliant. 4. A general session room large enough to hold all participants. 5. A dining area (separate from meeting area for each meal) large enough to hold all participants. 6. A/V support. 7. Catering services. 8.
