The flush building shall be designed to meet the following criteria: Men’s side shall include a sink, urinal, and one flushing toilet and the Women’s side shall include a sink and two flushing toilets The contractor shall fabricate, deliver, off-load, and set/assemble the new precast concrete restroom building.
