The object of this solicitation is to set up a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for vault toilet pumping services for the Salt Lake Ranger District, Uinta Wasatch Cache National Forest. The Salt Lake Ranger District has reoccuring need at multiple locations for vault toilet pumping services.

As needed, Vault Toilets will be serviced by placing BPA Calls against a BPA.This agreement requires toilet pumping services including pumping, wash down, recharge, cleanup, disinfect, disposal of all waste product removed from the toilet vaults, and add water following pumping and related work in compliance with its terms, specifications, and provisions.
Provide quote for up to 241 portable toilets and service in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Statement of Work (SOW). PWS and SOW are provided for guidance as to servicing requirements. Number of portable toilets will not exceed 241. Please provide quote for per toilet and per cleaning.
