The work consists of excavation of a segment of the Comite River Diversion channel, stockpiling of excavated earthen materials, placement bedding material and channel riprap, demolition, clearing and grubbing, furnishing and installing precast, prestressed concrete girders and prestressed concrete piles, placing cast-in-place structural concrete, placing CMU walls, utility relocation of a 48-inch sewer force main, excavation and backfill for sewer
