Management of the Owner’s Water and Sewer models that are currently set up in WaterGEMS and SewerCAD, with annual validation and updating as needed. 2. Development of professionally sealed Water and Sewer Impact Analysis (WSIA) reports for the Owner’s development projects and capital improvement projects that meet the necessary thresholds.
The City of Rock Hill (City) is seeking proposals for the development of an impact fee study for the City's water, sewer, and fire impact fees. The purpose of this study is to assess and evaluate the City’s existing water, sewer, and fire impact fees as well as water and sewer rates as they pertain to the water and sewer impact fees.
This project extends storm sewer pipe under Washington St. from 15th St to 17th St. This sewer work is phased to minimize impact to traffic and parking (see plan sheet T-WF.6). An incentive is offered if work on Washington St finishes early (see Special Provisions for details). Working days are tracked separately for construction of a permeable alley adjacent to Washington St.
