W24D 01BF - Worthington Avenue Extension (Phase 1) consists of the construction of a new, single-lane roundabout that includes four (4) approaches: Worthington Avenue Extension (two (2) approaches), Ayer Avenue, and a Future Street. The Worthington Avenue Extension approaches will be a full street construction, including sidewalk on one (1) side, and a multi-use trail on the other side.

Approximately 2,200 linear feet of 8” SDR35 PVC sewer main extension with appurtenances, and sidewalk and pavement restoration.
