This City seeks Statements of Qualifications to conduct a Sanitary Sewer InfLow and Infiltration (I/I) Reduction Study through the process of Smoke Testing. The project scope comprises approximately 70,672 linear feet of sewer pipelines ranging from 6 to 18 inches in diameter. Attachment 1 shows the location of the sewer pipelines to be smoke tested. 1.2.

The consultant is expected to utilize a variety of methods that may include but is not limited to analysis of historical and actual flow data during the study, visual inspection of manholes and other accessible components, internal video analysis of sewer mains and laterals, flow metering at various locations in the sanitary sewer system, smoke testing, and mathematical modeling.
