UNLV has a requirement for (Shadow Lane Campus Building A west lower roof area Reroof Project) A site-visit will be held at ( Shadow Lane Campus) meet at the loading dock between Bldgs. Bidders bidding on Lot 3 MUST attend the Shadow Lane Campus Pre-Bid Conference and Site Walk. For clarification, Bidders bidding on Lots 1 and/or 2, and Lot 3, must attend both Pre-Bid Conferences and Site Walks.

Construction includes curb and gutter, sidewalk, asphalt paving, roadway matching the existing HP Way roadway section, including lanes, on-street parking, crosswalks, bike lanes, landscaping, lighting, storm drain, and utility infrastructure.

The project consists of construction of a new storm drain on Shadow Lane, construction of a concrete drainage flume on Campus Circle Drive, construction of a subdrain on Wingren Drive, remove and replace existing low water crossing culvert on Old Singleton Road, remove and replace residential driveway approach and driveway on W Rochelle Road, and storm drain repairs to remove blockage and sedimentation on Esters Boulevard.
