This length is comprised of three (3) pipelines referred to herein as D1, D2, and D3 located in Corpus Christi Bay navigation channel and buried at a shallow depth beneath the existing channel prism sediment bottom. These pipelines are required to be removed in order to facilitate construction of the Corpus Christi Ship Channel Improvement Project in partnership with the Port of Corpus Christi Authority.
