WI-GREEN BAY FWCO Talon Shallow Water Anchors
This project will install a total of eight wave attenuation breakwaters in shallow water just offshore of Philippe Park. Four barriers will consist of arrays of precast concrete oyster domes (oyster domes) and four will be arrays of limestone rip rap rubble. All barriers will have a layer of bedding stone underneath.

Scope of Services The selected contractor will drill, install, and develop five shallow monitoring wells (the “Project”) required for City’s water pollution control facility permit groundwater monitoring program, as described in the Preliminary Technical Specifications attached hereto as Attachment A (the “Services”).

Sub-consultants may be used, subject to written approval by the Town\nManager on design projects or where supplemental expertise is desired.\n\nm.
