Each sheet is 12 inches in length, 3 inches in width, and 1 inch in thickness. Each sheet of the explosive has a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape attached to one surface.

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is issued for a Purchase Order to provide 48 Cases of 40 lbs. per case (1,920 lbs. total) of C6 PETN Sheet Explosive requested to review the attached Purchase Order Terms and Conditions document, which is the solicitation document itself, as well as the Solicitation Attachments.

The flexible explosive sheets must meet specific performance, quality assurance, and reliability requirements. In particular, the flexible sheet explosive must be of uniform thickness (form), demonstrate high workmanship (free of cracks, voids, air bubbles, holes, blisters, dire, and other impurities) which reduces the incidences of misfire or partial energetic detonation.
