The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations (OMAO) ship Rainier has a requirement for a replacement iXBlue, Inc. gyrocompass system and additional replacement parts. The gyro system will replace the existing two gyros, and gyro controller on the ship.

The NOAA Ship Rainier will have the HSL boats located at the NOAA MOC-P location at 2002 SE Marine Science Drive, Newport, OR 97365.
The place of delivery and acceptance and FOB point for all drydock services is the NOAA Ship RAINIER. The dates will vary by task order.
